6:45pm partial lap course marshals in place for 12hr Challenge finish
8pm-ish Awards presentation for the 12hr Challenge

The 7 mile loop opens for the 6hr Challenge after one of the long loop has been completed.
The 7 mile loop opens for the 12hr challenge at 3pm. Special cases will be allowed onto the short before that time. If the weather is less than perfect we MAY open the short loop for the 12hr sooner. That decision will be made by noon and a notice will be posted at the main checkpoint.
The Century Challenge will not be riding the 7 mile loop. Century Challenge awards will be awarded as the Century Challenge riders finish.
For the UMCA members that are racing for the UMCA 12 Hour Championship, there will be no ties. Each rider will be listed at finishing mile point in the order in which they arrive. If two or more UMCA members end with the same mileage, the Champion will go to the rider that arrived first. If two or more UMCA members score the same mileage and arrive at a mile point at the same time we will have a one sort loop TT to determine the UMCA 12 Hour Champion. No one wants to race another lap, so race hard.
All mileage verification must be made before a participant leaves by the end of the awards presentation for the 12hr Challenge. No scoring adjustments will be made after the close of the event.
The Calvin’s Challenge Race Directors reserve the right to change, add, or modify the rules and policy to make the best decisions in interest of safety and fair sportsmanship.
The Calvin’s Challenge Race Directors reserve the right to disqualify any rider for any reason they see fit to justify disqualification. That includes being ticketed by law enforcement, being abusive to volunteers, causing harm to other participants, short cutting the course, not following instructions by the Race directors, volunteers, or course marshals. No refunds will be made to any participant that have been disqualified.
